You have a choice of paying in full or a two payment plan. First payment of 50% is due at registration, and second payment is due three months prior to commencement of conference. After three months, a 5% late fee will be added to bill. We accept checks or bank wire transfers. We also accept Paypal with an additional fee of 3%. We highly recommend TRAVELERS INSURANCE. The cost is a bit more but it's worth it, if you need to cancel. 


Refundable for 7 days after applying. 

CANCELLATIONS: Travel Insurance is advisable due to illness and unforeseen cancellations. Cancellation fees may be covered by your travel insurance policy. 

DISCLAIMER: We are not travel agents or flight carriers and cannot take responsibility for flight arrangements, delays, lost baggage or cancellations. From time to time there may be changes to our program that is beyond our control. Due to instructors, agents and authors cancellations, bad weather, low bookings, housing changes or technical failures, some activities described may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. 

We do not accept liability for any costs incurred as a result of cancellations, delays or changes caused by way, threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems with transport, or other events beyond our control, medical conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday; loss of, or damage to, personal property. 


Participants will be responsible for all their additional fees: cleaning, extra alcohol, additional meals, printing, ground transportation, and breakage or theft of items at conference site.
